Damaged goods
If you receive damaged goods or your parcel is lost in transit, we will replace your order or reimburse your account within 30 days of receipt subject to the following. When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage or defects. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear, however, if you think a product in your shipment is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at / Please provide us with photographic evidence of the damage, along with your order number, email address and phone number. To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the original shipping package and the damaged or defective product for inspection. If, after having examined the product, we confirm that it is damaged or defective, we will provide you with instructions for returning the damaged or defective product to us, at our expense. We will either replace your defective product, or provide a refund for the same price you paid for the product [as per your purchaser’s method of payment]. Your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded, but any replacement for a damaged or defective product will be shipped to you free of charge.Returned items must be in a new and unused condition, returned in the original packaging, with original labels.
Purchased goods can be returned within 7 days of receiving the item. We can only accept returned goods that are still in their original unopened packaging. You will have to pay to have the item couriered back to us. Within 2 business days from when the products are received by us, you should get an e-mail confirmation that the return was processed. Within 12 business days from when the products were received by us, you should receive a refund via the initial method of payment used to place the order. Our policy is to deduct a 10% handling fee from the original price, but unless a lot of administration has been necessary to get the item back, we may dismiss this cost at our own discretion.
